Material Introduction Of PA Used In Ergonomic Chair

PA plastic material, alias: nylon. It has the following characters including high mechanical strength, high softening point, heat resistance, low friction coefficient, wear resistance, self-lubricity, shock absorption and noise reduction, oil resistance, weak acid resistance, alkali resistance, and general solvents, good electrical insulation, and self-resistance, extinction, non-toxic, odorless, good weather resistance, easy to dye. The disadvantage is that the water absorption is large, which affects the dimensional stability and electrical properties. The fiber reinforcement can reduce the water absorption rate of the resin so that it can work under high temperatures and high humidity.

Main Varieties Of PA Plastic Material Used In Ergonomic Chair:

Nylon 6 and nylon 66, nylon 11, nylon 12, nylon 610, nylon 612, in addition to nylon 1010, nylon 46, nylon 7, nylon 9, nylon 13, new varieties include nylon 6I, nylon 9T and special nylon MXD6 (Barrier Resin) etc.

Main Features Of PA Plastic Material Used In Ergonomic Chair:

Nylon 6: good elasticity, impact strength, greater water absorption;

Nylon 66: performance is better than nylon 6, high strength, good wear resistance;

Nylon 610: similar to nylon 66, but with low water absorption and low stiffness;

Nylon 1010: translucent, low water absorption, good cold resistance, suitable for the production of general mechanical parts, wear-reducing and wear-resistant parts, transmission parts, and chemical, electrical, instrumentation,  and other parts.
